Important!
You must be connected to the corporate network. Guest networks (Wi-Fi Guest, Guest, etc.) usually do not have access to the company's shared printers.
OPEN PRINTER SETTINGS
Click the button above, Windows will automatically open the Printers & Scanners screen
After clicking the button, follow these steps:
- On the screen that opens, click “Add a device” or “Add a printer”
- Windows will automatically search for available printers on your corporate network
- Select the desired printer and click “Add”
- Wait for the driver installation (this may take a few minutes)
If the printer does not appear, check if you are really connected to the corporate network and try again.
